Hi Pam
We would like to say a really heartfelt thank you to both of you for today. It has really been such a wonderful day and I know it wouldn’t have been possible without you. I shall cherish every memory that you have helped us create and we will look back at the photographs for many many years to come. Thank you for your patience today and for making us feel like nothing was too much trouble. It has really been a wonderful experience – we would have been lost without you both.

Dear Pam “Wow!” is what all our guests said throughout the day during our wedding. Having been to Lake Garda twice before I had a clear idea of how our wedding day would be, but I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish the day was truly magical, romantic and stunning. Without Pam I know for a fact it wouldn’t have been this good. We can’t thank you enough for all your effort and hard work, all our family were also very impressed and commented the following day on how good you are at what you do. Everything was perfect: the flowers; the food; the castle; the coach; wedding cars not forgetting the fabulous wedding cake!! We are so pleased that we chose Pam to organise our wedding and we would highly recommend her to anyone who is planning a wedding in Lake Garda. Pam is very knowledgeable of the area and is able to make great recommendations for everything that you may need. When we started planning our wedding Pam called us and we spoke through some of the ideas that we had and we were able to make provisional bookings for the ceremony and the restaurant. We also decided to have a short visit to Lake Garda in order to see the venue and we were blown away by the beautiful setting. Pam spent the day with us showing us around and we also had a fantastic photo shoot with the photographer. After this Pam kept in regular contact with us via email and she advised and helped us with completing all the legal documentation that you need to get married abroad.  
The day before the wedding, Pam met us at our hotel, we completed the last bits of paperwork with the registrar and we went to visit the venue and restaurant. On the wedding days itself Pam was there for any assistance that we needed and it was lovely that she read a poem at our ceremony. Our wedding photos are everything that we could ever wish for as they really capture the magical moments from the day. We have loved sharing these photos with our friends and family and all have commented on the amazing views and surroundings.
Our wedding day is something that we will never forget, an incredible day where we were able to celebrate our marriage to each other. We loved every moment of it and none of it would have been possible without

Thank you so much for ensuring our wedding day was ‘perfecto’! From start to finish, the whole day was absolutely fantastic. To anyone who is considering getting married in Italy / Lake Garda, you need to look no further than Pamela Barrack. From speaking to her on Skype to discuss our wishes for the big day to always offering the personal touch when it came to planning the big day. Pam works tirelessly and offers an unrivalled service. She has a way to make you feel as though YOUR day is the only day she is helping to plan. We cannot speak highly enough of Pam. Other companies seem to be more interested in sending you generic emails and payment plans whereas Pam is total opposite – far more interested in making the day truly special. Thank you, Pam! The photographer is equally as brilliant. We met him about a year before our wedding for our engagement photo shoot in order to get used to the camera. He is highly skilled, professional, imaginative, and hugely funny. This guy also never stops during the day – at times you can almost see the cogs in his mind going crazy as he thinks of ways to take a fantastic shot! He captures moments on his camera like you would not believe. In short, you will not find better than this team to assist with your wedding plans and the smooth running of your big day. If we were to do it all again, without question, we would be immediately in touch with Pam.

Hi Pam ,
Lee and I just wanted to say a massive thank you to you both for making our wedding day the most wonderful and amazing day ever!
We decided in January 2013 that we wanted to get married in Italy.  After some research we both decided that Malcesine Castle looked like the perfect venue.
After reading some online reviews we emailed Pam at Romantic Weddings on Lake Garda and less than 24 hours later she was on the phone to us, running through all of our requirements.  Instantly she made us feel at ease.  Pam is very friendly, professional and excellent at what she does, we set the date there and then during that first phone call.
In May 2013 we visited Malcesine for the first time and it was as beautiful as we had imagined.  We met with Pam  and she showed us around the town taking us to the Castle and a few restaurants which met with our requirements.  We also had a wonderful engagement photo shoot around the town, which gave us a chance to get to know Francesco and see how talented and passionate he is about his work.
Over the next 12 months we were in regular contact with Pam finalising all of the details.  All we had to do was show Pam a picture of what we wanted and it was done, the flowers were beautiful, the hair dresser was amazing and everything was so well thought out and organised.
On our wedding day Pam was 5 steps ahead of everyone making sure everything was just perfect.  All of our guests commented how professional she was and how great at her job she is, most people said it was the best wedding they had ever been to!  
We would highly recommend Pam to anyone wanted to get married on Lake Garda.

This is Niamh O’Connell here. Myself and my now husband Derek got married in Malcesine in Lake Garda in April. We are from Ireland. I have wanted to send an email to you for so long but between all the travelling and moving around I lost your contact details.
I don’t know if you remember us or even our story but before we met you we had a lot of problems with our wedding planners as unfortunately we hadn’t gone through your company. However, you came along and made everything go perfectly. Every one of our guests were talking about your professionalism, helpfulness and kindness. To both myself and Der you were like a guardian angel over there and just so lovely to deal with.
Pam from the bottom of our hearts we cannot thank you enough. Hopefully we will back there very soon and might bump into you!

To Pam and .We both want to thank you for a truly magical and amazing wedding day. Everything went so smoothly and I had absolutely no stress on the day whatsoever! Everything from the flowers, the car, the boat and especially the band MG Project were of the top quality. The band especially impressed us and any doubts we had quickly went away the moment they started to perform. All of our friends and family have told us that our wedding was the best they have ever been to. Pam your attention to detail was impressive, you sorted every request even down to wheelchair hire for my nan. I have nothing but positive comments and would always highly recommend your services to anyone wishing to marry at one of the most romantic and special locations in Italy. After speaking to a number of wedding planners out in Italy we finally came across Pam. and we are so grateful we did! Not only did I give her a brief email of the sort of thing I wanted, but she immediately replied and seemed to know exactly what was going on inside my head! and we ended up having the most amazing and perfect time. She plans everything to the last detail, the only thing we had to do was turn up really! The Italians love a good wedding so everyone was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I’m not one for photos myself but the photographer was amazing and can literally make anyone look beautiful. We even had a private boat trip around the lake to a beautiful hidden grotta and even our friends agreed we all felt like superstars! We cannot say enough about how good Pam is at her job! Best trip ever!

To our dearest Pam and Francesco, Well… what can we say that could possibly justify how wonderfully magical our wedding day was; which was largely due to you guys! We booked our wedding through Thomas Cook who were incredibly attentive until we paid them!!! Thomas Cook asked us to choose three dates and a time preference for our wedding day and they would come back to us to confirm which date was available. Eventually they contacted us to advise that they had ‘pencilled’ our wedding date and time in for Monday 10th September 2012 at 5pm but could not confirm this 100% as this might change…. This immediately made me feel very anxious and it only got worse. Although we couldn’t understand why they couldn’t confirm it for us, we just wanted to get on and start making other arrangements such as photography, flowers and all the other bits you associate with a wedding. When we approached Thomas Cook to help us with these elements we were given what looked to be out of date information that just didn’t fill either of us with confidence. Further to this we were told that we would only review the information now and we would book it when we arrived in resort 9 days before the wedding was due to take place. I have never planned a wedding before, but I thought that this was surely not right and a very risky way to plan and organise all the things that I had already spent so much time thinking about. With this I took to Google and kept coming across a lady called Pam. There were great reviews on Trip Advisor and I eventually found the website address for Romantic Weddings on Lake Garda. Hallelujah!! Well… let’s just say since then we never looked back. From the very first moment we contacted you it was very clear that you had our best interests at heart. You are an incredible people person who genuinely has a passion for what you do. You always look for the best in a situation and this coupled with your professionalism and personable approach meant that our wedding day was planned and executed to perfection. We really wouldn’t have been able to pull it off without your help and support and we are endlessly grateful to you… There wasn’t a thing we would have changed…. Well maybe a few extra hours in the day so we could have continued the celebrations J Moving our attentions to the wonderfully talented Francesco for a moment; you really have given us the most precious memories from our wedding day and we will cherish them forever. I (like so many others) criticise every photograph of myself and am definitely my own worst critic. However, when we started to look through the photographs I found myself saying OMG, look at me I look great ha ha! This was of course through a waterfall of tears as I couldn’t quite believe just how wonderful our wedding day was and how lucky we were to find such amazingly talented people to share this with us. What more can I say… Grazie, grazie, grazie!! We would also like to thank Sergio and his team at La Pace for providing wonderful food and drinks, if you’re looking for a beautiful setting right by the lake with a chilled ambience this is the place to be. The food is authentic Italian and is served in abundance. I really could have done with loosening my dress at one point, but the food was so delicious I couldn’t stop eating. Everyone in the wedding party was equally as pleased as us and agreed that this was some of the best food in town. Not forgetting Sergio driving us to the castle in the incredibly sweet Tuk Tuk. He was also kind enough to do a couple of extra trips to get my grandparents as close to the castle as possible and back down to the restaurant as my granddad had trouble walking at the time. The girls and I would also like to thank TT and Jackie for doing an amazing job with our hair and make-up and for making us feel so welcome and at ease the morning of the wedding. My mum did a total U-turn and decided that instead of having her hair straight and no make-up she would have a full hair-up do and make-up…. Suffice to say the ladies were more than happy to help. I also had a hair and make-up trial a few days before which was great. Also to the lady who did my manicure and pedicure, it was very well done and I will be sure to book her again when I go back. In fact I think I will go the whole hog and have my nails, hair and make up done just for the hell of it!! Pam… you can hook me up right? The videographer comes highly recommended and I would also advise that you get the video edited to music. We didn’t actually do this as we were going do this together when we got home, a little project after the wedding. However, to date we have still not done it and have subsequently seen a video which he produced of our wedding for Pam’s website and it is fab! Makes me cry every time I watch it. We got married on the terrace and it is simply stunning, we chose to get married at 5pm as we thought it would be starting to cool down at this time, but actually it was probably the hottest part of the day. I was a little worried about how the day was going to run and how guests were going to know where to be at each stage of the day, but I needn’t have worried as Pam had it all covered… She really was AMAZING. If you have any concerns no matter how big or small discuss them with Pam and she will be sure to put your mind at ease. Our family and friends were blown away by the level dedication shown by both Pam and Francesco… they worked tirelessly to make everything perfect and as the day progressed it was as if they had become part of the family. Well, we are now 9 months on and still have the most incredible memories… our guests still talk about ‘thee’ day and we all agree it was the best wedding day ever, so one last time…. Grazie Pam e Francesco…. We were planning to come back for our first wedding anniversary in September but have recently discovered we are expecting a baby, so it’s off the cards this year, but we will be sure to visit with the bambino and have Francesco take some wonderful photos for us J In the meantime buona fortuna (good luck) to everyone planning their wedding.
