We are so pleased that we chose Pam to organise our wedding and we would highly recommend her to anyone who is planning a wedding in Lake Garda. Pam is very knowledgeable of the area and is able to make great recommendations for everything that you may need. When we started planning our wedding Pam called us and we spoke through some of the ideas that we had and we were able to make provisional bookings for the ceremony and the restaurant. We also decided to have a short visit to Lake Garda in order to see the venue and we were blown away by the beautiful setting. Pam spent the day with us showing us around and we also had a fantastic photo shoot with the photographer. After this Pam kept in regular contact with us via email and she advised and helped us with completing all the legal documentation that you need to get married abroad.  
The day before the wedding, Pam met us at our hotel, we completed the last bits of paperwork with the registrar and we went to visit the venue and restaurant. On the wedding days itself Pam was there for any assistance that we needed and it was lovely that she read a poem at our ceremony. Our wedding photos are everything that we could ever wish for as they really capture the magical moments from the day. We have loved sharing these photos with our friends and family and all have commented on the amazing views and surroundings.
Our wedding day is something that we will never forget, an incredible day where we were able to celebrate our marriage to each other. We loved every moment of it and none of it would have been possible without

I want to say a huge thank you for everything you did for our wedding day on the 22nd of August . It was truly a magical day. We were thrilled with everything, as were our families!!! Everyone commented about your level of service and it was greatly appreciated. From our first email, you fulfilled all expectations, nothing was too big or small of a task. Our day, truly was how we wanted it to be. Totally stress free! Everyone was so relaxed and happy. The photos are amazing, spectacular! The day was full of emotions and this was captured brilliantly.

To Pam and .We both want to thank you for a truly magical and amazing wedding day. Everything went so smoothly and I had absolutely no stress on the day whatsoever! Everything from the flowers, the car, the boat and especially the band MG Project were of the top quality. The band especially impressed us and any doubts we had quickly went away the moment they started to perform. All of our friends and family have told us that our wedding was the best they have ever been to. Pam your attention to detail was impressive, you sorted every request even down to wheelchair hire for my nan. I have nothing but positive comments and would always highly recommend your services to anyone wishing to marry at one of the most romantic and special locations in Italy. Hi Pam, I just wanted to send you a wee note to say thank you so very much for everything you did to help Allan and I with our wedding in Verona. At a very busy time in our lives you took the stress out of most of the planning and you helped even our wildest ideas come true.  Francesco was amazing on the day and we are delighted with our pictures.  The entire family are still commenting about how professional and friendly you both were.  They also loved the guitarist and felt that the music really suited the mood.  The caterers were outstanding – the food was delicious, the presentation was immaculate and the service could not have been better.  Everyone felt cared for at every moment of the day.  My brother’s fiancé even commented that she felt it was ‘like a celebrity wedding’ with the gorgeous garden backdrop and the catering adding to the finesse of the occasion.
Our memories will be with us forever and you played a huge part in that.  In the few months ahead when we have to travel across Europe to visit one another, Allan will have so many happy thoughts about our wedding to keep us going.
Our local newspaper requested to feature our wedding and it normally gets a small quarter page but the edition came out today and it is pretty much a full page!  
Thanks once again for everything and we’ll definitely stay in touch over the years to come.

My new husband and I have just returned from our wedding in Malcesine,  planned and organised by Pam at Romantic Weddings on Lake Garda and words escape us to describe how truly amazing our wedding day was….OMG! and WOW! don’t even do it justice!
All our friends and family who came to the wedding (there were 43 of us in total) said that the day was ‘amazing’ ‘just perfect’ and they had never experienced a wedding like it!
From the moment we met Pam on a holiday in Malcesine 1.5 years ago we knew that she was the perfect person to organise our wedding. She is very friendly, professional and extremely helpful with everything . From recommending places to stay, restaurants to eat, places to go …. As well making suggestions about all the options available to us and arranging everything to do with the wedding. Nothing is too much trouble and she makes you feel like you are her only client. A truly personal service. We could not have done it without her! With her local knowledge and relationship with local suppliers it guarantees an amazing day totally tailored to your requirements and personality!
When I said that I preferred someone to come to my hotel to do my hair and make up Pam recommended UK based hair and make up artist Kay Spaven who flies out to Italy to do weddings…and I couldn’t recommend her more! I had my trial with Kay in the UK and not only is she very talented but she is a lovely lady and made me and my mum, mother on law and bridesmaids all feel v relaxed the morning of the wedding… As well as making us all look beautiful!
The photographer is a great guy and brilliant photographer and makes the whole experience of having your photos taken (which could be very painful!)  a very enjoyable one! Even some of our most stubborn guests (when it comes to photo tolerance) enjoyed having their photo taken and rose to the occasion!! It was great having the engagement photos beforehand. The end results are amazing and we couldn’t be happier with all of the photos! We had total faith in him on the day and him and Pam make a great team!
The couple of days before the wedding we took family and friends to Stube Speke (a fab outdoor BBQ experience) and Al Cervo (beautiful Italian restaurant in a lovely setting g owned by La Pace owners) – both of which we thoroughly recommend.
Malcesine is a beautiful backdrop for a wedding. We had the service on the terrace at the castle, arriving with my father by tuc tuc with the crowds cheering was a fab experience! After photos we went to La Pace in the old harbour for Prosecco and canopes, and Al and I surprised the wedding party by catching a speed boat and after a 20min spin arriving in the harbour! Much to everyone’s amusement! It was also great for Al and I to get some time to ourselves and to cool down!
We then took all the wedding party on a boat trip and had a fantastic 45 min trip round the lake with more Prosecco! This was a great opportunity to catch up with everyone, see the sites and for everyone to cool down!
We then all walked up from the harbour to the Vecchia Malcesine where we had our wedding breakfast and evening do. This is an amazing place – the setting, the service and the food couldn’t be faulted! It definitely deserves it’s Michelin Star rating! They tailored the menu to our requirements and we had delicious canopes with more Prosecco on arrival! After the meal we had a DJ recommended and sourced by Pam who played all our favourite songs we had requested on the playlist, with everyone boogieing on the dance floor!
Both Pam and our photographer stayed with us all day, and were able to join us for a drink at Bar Oasi at the very end of the evening – the perfect ending to a magical day! This also meant that the photographer was able to some amazing evening photos of us.
What we got for our budget far exceeded anything we could have got in the Uk! I would recommend it to everyone!!
Thank you so much Pam for making our day  so amazing! Those happy memories will last a lifetime! We plan to be back for our Anniversaries so will see you again !

Dear Pam
We wanted to start by saying a huge THANK YOU, our wedding day was completely perfect from start to finish and we can honestly say it was the best day of our lives and would not change a thing. Everyone commented on just how fantastic you were and by the end of the day you were known as “Super Pam”! Nothing was too much trouble, even running to a guests hotel room to find their camera. The run up to the big day was just as enjoyable especially meeting the people behind the scenes such as the florist made it so much more personal.
The ceremony was perfect with time to breathe and enjoy the beautiful music from the violinist who was absolutely superb. We were over joyed with the gifts from the town hall and can say with emotions running high there wasn’t a dry eye on the terrace. Francesco is amazing, creating and capturing the most fantastic memories through the lens. Anyone thinking about booking him should do or they will be very disappointed 😉
You are both truly wonderful people who really do go above and beyond, making everything as perfect as humanly possible.
We are so happy you were part of our unforgettable day and hope to see you again very soon. x

Hi Pam
I can’t believe the wedding is over. All good things come to an end I suppose. Mike and I really want to say a huge thank you to you for all you did to make our day so special. I couldn’t believe you stayed right to the end of the night. You really went above and beyond. Being there on Friday at Numerotto was so good of you too. Everyone has said how fantastic you were. We really feel indebted to you and we’re so pleased we decided to have you as our wedding planner. Everything turned out so perfect and we have some fabulous memories to carry us through. Wish we could do it all over again.
 I hope we can keep in touch and maybe we will be back in Lake Garda at some point and we can give you a call. If you’re ever in Ireland be sure to look us up.

Dear Pam , We both wanted to thank you so much for a truly amazing Wedding Day. We first went to Malcesine in August 2012 to meet up with Pam to begin organising our Wedding. Pam was highly recommended to us by friends who had previously got married in Malcesine and it was easy see why from the beginning, Pam was so friendly and approachable and it was like we had known her for years. From minute go nothing was too much trouble, from all the e-mails to any worries we had. When we returned home, Pam was always in contact with us to let us know what we needed to get done which made it very easy for us as we knew everything was under control in Malcesine. The months leading up to our Big Day went by very fast and we finally flew out 5 days before our Wedding and we met with Pam the day after we arrived to walk us through everything beforehand. It was so easy, everything was organised down to the small details which left us to relax and enjoy the days leading up to our Big Day with our family and friends. When the morning of the Wedding came around, Francesco arrived at our hotel and was pretty much with us for the Day, he was so passionate about every photograph and we got so many amazing pictures. Nothing prepared us for our trip to the Church in the ‘Tuk Tuk’, it was truly wonderful and we felt like movie stars with all the well-wishers clapping and waving at us as we passed by. Our Church Wedding was beautiful and the music from the harpist was amazing. After that everything went so smoothly all thanks to Pam. Our reception was in the beautiful lakeside restaurant ‘Al Corsaro’. The staff were wonderful and food and service was top class. Our ‘mille-feuille’ Wedding Cake was the most gorgeous cake we ever tasted. Afterwards we went on to Bar Numerotto where we had a DJ who was excellent and played a playlist which we wanted. One of the best decisions we made was booking the photographer for the day and night as some of the night time photos with the backdrop of the castle were truly stunning and a lot of our friends and family were blown away by how stunning the photos are. Pam and Francesco made our Wedding day amazing, everything was so relaxed and so well organised. The organisation and dedication of Pam and Francesco was fantastic. They were so wonderful with our guests and without doubt Our Wedding was the best Day of our lives. Thanks again to both of you for all that you did for us, you are such amazing and kind people and we hope to meet up in the near future when we return to the beautiful Lake Garda. We can’t say enough good things about what a great job Pam did planning our wedding. It was absolutely perfect. We live in the US and decided at the last minute to get married during an already planned trip to Italy. We spoke with Pam for the first time a week before we were to leave for Italy (2 weeks before our wedding day) and told her what we wanted. She confirmed the date and time of the wedding venue on Monday morning. A week later, we met her in person, viewed Malcesine Castle, planned the entire ceremony, and toured and chose the venue for cocktails and dinner. What really impressed us with Pam during our in-person meeting was how knowledgeable and well acquainted she was with the area and different vendors. She seemed to know everyone in town. She took us to several different potential reception venues plans for both outdoor and indoor options for (in climate weather). She helped guide us through the planning of the entire ceremony (where I was going to change, where I would walk, how and who I was going to walk down the aisle since I had no immediate family present, potential readings, organization of the ceremony, reception, pictures, dinner, etc.). We spent 3-4 hours with Pam that day and had the entire wedding planned down to the last detail by the end of the day. The best part was that we felt that we had a wedding customized just for us. It was all about what we wanted and how we wanted to do things (with helpful suggestions and guidance from Pam). There were a couple more emails with Pam over the course of the week and then the wedding day. The weather decided to be cold and rainy for the wedding day, and Pam didn’t miss a step. She brought plenty of beautiful white umbrellas, bows, etc. She was completely prepared to move the ceremony to an indoor room in the castle, and had the bar set up everything for cocktails and dinner inside two private rooms upstairs. We had a professional photographer and a violinist for the ceremony. All of our wedding guests were Italian so Pam translated the ceremony into Italian so that they would understand what was being said. This meant so much to them. All my guests commented on what a great job Pam did. They were so impressed and thankful for all her hard work. Rick and I could be happier with how everything went. Pam stayed until we were all settled in for dinner. She made sure my belonging were moved to our dinner location and that everything was taken care of before leaving. Thank you for planning the wedding of our dreams.

After speaking to a number of wedding planners out in Italy we finally came across Pam. and we are so grateful we did! Not only did I give her a brief email of the sort of thing I wanted, but she immediately replied and seemed to know exactly what was going on inside my head! and we ended up having the most amazing and perfect time. She plans everything to the last detail, the only thing we had to do was turn up really! The Italians love a good wedding so everyone was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I’m not one for photos myself but the photographer was amazing and can literally make anyone look beautiful. We even had a private boat trip around the lake to a beautiful hidden grotta and even our friends agreed we all felt like superstars! We cannot say enough about how good Pam is at her job! Best trip ever!

Many thanks Pam, for all your help in making our Wedding day so amazing, we cannot thank you enough.  Your attention to detail was remarkable and ensured every little detail was perfect, you really did think of everything!! From the ivory umbrellas to the ring cushion and reading our vows for us, we didn’t need to worry about a thing! 
The day ran so smoothly and everybody commented on the remarkable service provided and how lovely and friendly you are Pam, we all have nothing but praise for all your hard work and we would not hesitate to recommend ‘romanticweddingsonlakegarda’ to anybody.    
We really cannot thank you enough and we know that we would never have had our fairy tale wedding without your help, we wouldn’t have known where to start.  Your professionalism is second to none, with such a personal approach.  From our very first contact with you, we knew romanticweddingsonlakegarda was the right company for us and that you were the lady to make it all happen. 
Another big thanks to the photographer, who was fantastic and put us at ease straight away.  He worked tirelessly and simply never stopped, his hard work has produced the most amazing photos and memories of our special day, we couldn’t have wished for anymore and cannot thank him enough!!
We got married on the outside terrace at Malcesine castle, a setting which is so intimate with breath taking scenery to make the most stunning photos with so much character.  After photographs we went down to La Pace for canapes and drinks before taking a boat trip.  Later we walked through the cobbled streets with all our guests to Al Corsaro where we held our reception and evening meal.  Al Corsaro has the most stunning decor and is set right on the lake with beautiful views.  The staff at Al Corsaro were fabulous, everything we had asked had been done and the food was amazing.  All of our guests commented that the food was the best they had all tasted in Malcesine.  At last, the Wedding cake –  we choose mille foglie, which was so delicious, the best cake we have ever tasted.  
Everything was perfect, so intimate, beautiful and so different to anything we could have had back at home, we loved every minute of our day, it was magical.  So, once again a massive thank you ~  Our Wedding Day couldn’t have gone any better and that was thanks to you.
We hope to be back in Malcesine again soon and will keep in touch
