Orla and Dave’s wedding in June 2012 is a day that will remain in our memories for the rest of our lives. Orla and Dave’s wedding day in Malcesine was magical and I have to say Pam was like their fairy godmother:) Francesco’s energy was fantastic to witness. I doubt there is any moment that Francesco did not try to capture for Orla and Dave – he was amazing.

I really don’t know where to start! Firstly, if it is a truly unforgettable experience you are looking for and an absolutely stress free time in planning this experience then look no further than Malcesine and Romantic Weddings on Lake Garda:-) From the moment Dave and I met Pam and Francesco last year we knew we were in safe hands. These are 2 incredibly professional and capable people who have since also become 2 very special people in our lives. It is as a result of all the work they both put in behind the scenes and on the day itself that our special day went exactly as we had hoped it would. We have a lifetime of memories from the experience and could not recommend this company highly enough.
Pam dealt with every single question and request we had in a very efficient manner and also always with a big smile! Nothing was too much trouble for her and I could not have enjoyed the day as much as I did without her. In fact I don’t think the day could have happened without her! She was equally as excited about our wedding day as we were and provided a personal touch that we feel could not be equaled by anyone else. She is very highly regarded in the town of Malcesine and, as a result, we were extremely well looked after in every location. She is a truly amazing person, a most efficient and professional wedding planner and, above all, she is a kind and understanding friend.
As regards Francesco, all I can say is that he is absolutely incredible and probably one of the most unintrusive and hard-working people we have ever seen in action! He worked tirelessly on our wedding day in order to capture all the moments which he knew would mean so much to us when the day was all over. I can’t do Francesco’s pictures any justice by wording a description, what I can say is that we will be forever grateful to him for them, for the memories that they stir up for us and for all the work he put in to create them so beautifully.

Well to begin with, I have never been to a more romantic and special place. MAGIC is the only way to describe everything for this wedding. It was unbelievable how Pam organised everything , and it ran soooo smooth. I deal with a lot of brides through my job also and I know how tough it is to understand somebody else’s dreams and wishes for that one day, trust me Pam knows just how to do this. In all my years I have never witnessed a wedding planner to have sooo many little surprises throughout the day. Both Pam and Francesco (photographer) captured and created every bride and grooms dreams in the most magically way. We’ve just got back from our honeymoon and wanted to thank you for making our wedding day simply amazing. From the moment we met you back in September we had every faith that you would make our wedding day unforgettable, but I don’t think we ever dreamed it would be as perfect as it turned out. From planning through to the big day itself, with you managing the paperwork, sorting out the venues, hair and flowers, we didn’t have a moment of stress – something few brides and grooms can say!
Our guests loved Torri as much as we did, and we loved seeing their faces as soon as they arrived and saw the harbour and the castle! Having a few days to chill out, swim in the lake and settle in was a fantastic start to the experience and ensured everyone was relaxed and ready for the big day. Again, not a hint of stress in sight! It was lovely to hear our married friends saying they wished they’d had a Pam when they tied the knot!
Deciding to get in married in Italy was a big decision, and by finding you to make it a reality we knew it was the right one! I think Francesco’s incredible photo’s sum up better than I ever could what an amazing day we had. Thank you so much for making it a reality.

We would just like to say a huge thankyou for organising our wedding. We really couldnt have done it without you. Every email Ive sent you has been answered straight away and I knew things would run perfectly on the day as you listened to everything we asked for and nothing was too much trouble. Although I work for a major tour oprator in the UK who also does wedding packages in Lake Garda I would choose you everytime over them as you’ve been with us every step of the way in the last 12 months of planning. Also not forgetting Francesco who has taken so many pictures of us to take home. He managed to get us to pose like we’d never done before but the photos look fantastic. It was brilliant meeting both of you and thanks again for making our day extra special.
We decided that we wanted to get married in Lake Garda and initially we were a bit overwhelmed by which company to use, what if we didn’t pick the right one! We had contacted a few different wedding planners in Italy with mixed feelings but upon first email contact with Pam we knew that we had found the perfect person to entrust with our special day. This was confirmed when at the beginning of June we met Pam in person and we started to plan our wedding with her. Pam is such a great listener and will not dismiss any ideas you have but will help and encourage you with her vast knowledge and contacts in the area. We had a lovely weekend with her showing us our different options and i know 100% that with Pam looking after us we will have the most wonderful day when it comes round in 2013. We also were a bit nervous about having engagement photo’s taken but i agreed to just 1 hour thinking it would be good practice for the day, also thinking we might get a nice picture for our invitations. Well we liked Francesco (the photographer) so much and had so much fun with him (for way over our 1 hour) that after thinking we didn’t really need a photographer for very long on our big day we now will be saving very hard to make sure he’s with us for the whole day. Who would have thought that we’d have been as excited for Pam and Francesco to share our wedding day as much as our closest friends and family. Having met them i know that our day is going to be that little bit more special just by having them there. Having just come back from meeting Pam & Francesco in Malcesine we could not be happier with our choice of wedding planner. What Pam doesn’t know isn’t worth knowing! Francesco is also fantastic and made both myself and my Fiancé very at ease with the engagement photos, my camera shy Fiancé was very impressed with the photos and the emotions Francesco captures in the lens. We travelled out to meet Pam for a weekend and view all the wedding venues. Pam was wonderfull!!! The best that you can ask for. She goes 100% out of her way to ensure that she helps you in every aspect of the wedding plans. We had our engagement photo shoot which in turn was equally as amazing. We really can get a brilliant idea of what our wedding photos will look like. We are soooo excited. The photos were amazing. We are so sure now that the place, venues and wedding planner are exactly what we are looking for to ensure our day is very special for us and our guests. From the first email we received from Pam we just knew she was the one we wanted to help us plan our wedding in Malcesine. Every email we send Pam replies to quickly and always goes that little bit further to help. On our recent trip out to Malcesine we couldn’t have been more reassured that we had found a star in Pam. It was lovely to meet you the other week to discuss our wedding plans for the big day in August 2012. We both found the visit to Malcesine really helpful in order to get a real sense of how our wedding will be next year. It was great fun to be able to visit the castle and be shown around so that we know where everything is and to see the amazing views over the lake. The Al Cosaro restaurant that you have recommended for our evening meal is perfect. The meal that we had there the other night was delicious and the setting on the lake front is very wonderful. You really have captured everything that we want for our wedding day. Thank you for being so patient with us as I know that sometimes we can both be indecisive!
Please pass on our thanks to Francesco for the wonderful photos. We were both quite hesitant about the engagement photo session however after a few shots we really started to enjoy it and it means that we are now both totally relaxed about the photos that will be taken on our wedding day. Since we have returned to England we have looked at the engagement photos everyday and they make us smile as we had such a laugh with both Francesco and yourself on that day!

Torri del Benaco is a beautiful venue for our wedding next year and I know our guests are as excited as we are.
The added bonus of our engagement photo shoot with you and Francesco was fantastic, despite being nervous we quickly felt at ease and the results are stunning. The castle at Drena is a spectacular backdrop and made us feel just like the famous couple the castle employees mistook us for! Your suggestion of taking us to another location, with dinosaur footprints and dramatic rock formations, was the perfect setting for a couple who met studying Geology many years ago!
We can’t wait to see you again next year and know that you will make our wedding unforgettable.

From the beginning Pam was a godsend. We were really taken care of and I cannot recommend Romantic Weddings enough. Our experience with Pam was a joy, she was so helpful at informing us of what needed to be done in Italy and also on our side of the pond. From setting the date to picking out flowers the whole planning process was smooth and easy and a lot of fun as Pam really gets into each idea and is very enthusiastic.

The food at the Al Corsaro was simply stunning and the early evening boat trip was a wonderful idea and great way to relax before the evening party at the swanky Bar Numerotto…It was a magical day and it would not have been possible without Pam & Francesco.

We have just got married in Torri del Benaco with 40 of our friends and family. It was perfect! Pam is a fantastic wedding planner – she is kind, thoughtful, super organised and fun. We met Pam in November 2010 and we instantly trusted her and felt at ease. She has very good relationships with venues and suppliers so was able to put into place all our special requests. We have emailed her so many times and she has always replied quickly so not to leave us worrying. She also always has a plan b so you know that whatever happens everything will be ok! Our wedding day was beautiful and due to Pam’s amazing wedding planning skills everything went perfectly and smoothly. The location was fantastic, food delicious and people kind and polite. The photographer, Francesco is also brilliant. He is so creative and makes you feel confident and special. Our guests loved Pam and Francesco and are still raving about how wonderful and organised it all was. We would highly recommend Pam to anyone and everyone and really miss her now that it is all over.

The level of service and attention to detail we received was impeccable, she worked tirelessly to ensure that myself and my now husband 🙂 had the most perfect day. Whilst planning the wedding she gave sound advice and offered opinions based on her expert knowledge and understanding of our vision. Pam answered emails and questions quickly and always knew what to say to help alleviate any concerns or potential bridezilla moments! When visiting suppliers a few days before the wedding it was clear to see how well respected she is by all those involved in the wedding from florist to taxi driver! We were particularly impressed to see what a great working relationship Pam had with the hotel and staff.
On the day of our wedding Pam and Francesco felt more like guests than planner and photographer. They worked so hard to ensure the day ran smoothly and seemed to have solutions to all eventualities. Our guests absolutely adored both Pam and Francesco and could not believe how well they worked as a team and how fantastically they organised the day. The photographs that Francesco produced were exceptional and really captured the fun and emotions of the day without being at all intrusive, we just cant stop looking at them. We are so looking forward to compiling a wedding album we know it will be breath taking!

On the day of our wedding Pam and Francesco felt more like guests than planner and photographer. They worked so hard to ensure the day ran smoothly and seemed to have solutions to all eventualities. Our guests absolutely adored both Pam and Francesco and could not believe how well they worked as a team and how fantastically they organised the day. The photographs that Francesco produced were exceptional and really captured the fun and emotions of the day without being at all intrusive, we just cant stop looking at them. We are so looking forward to compiling a wedding album we know it will be breath taking!

We have just got married in Torri del Benaco with 40 of our friends and family. It was perfect! Pam is a fantastic wedding planner – she is kind, thoughtful, super organised and fun. We met Pam in November 2010 and we instantly trusted her and felt at ease. She has very good relationships with venues and suppliers so was able to put into place all our special requests. We have emailed her so many times and she has always replied quickly so not to leave us worrying. She also always has a plan b so you know that whatever happens everything will be ok! Our wedding day was beautiful and due to Pam’s amazing wedding planning skills everything went perfectly and smoothly. The location was fantastic, food delicious and people kind and polite. The photographer, Francesco is also brilliant. He is so creative and makes you feel confident and special. Our guests loved Pam and Francesco and are still raving about how wonderful and organised it all was. We would highly recommend Pam to anyone and everyone and really miss her now that it is all over.

Pam & Francesco instantly put us at ease & that meant that Francesco was able to capture some great pics & ‘natural’ photos which we love. As Francesco has given us ALL the photo’s of the wedding day it means we have lots of choice for the album & for printing. Everyone said what a great job Pam did organising the boat ride too & what a stunning location Lake Garda is, especially for a wedding.
I can’t recommend Pam enough & if you’re thinking of getting married in Lake Garda then you MUST contact Pam & let her organise your big day. We just wanted to say a huge Thank You to you for organising our wedding and to your fantastic photographer for taking the most amazing photos.
We first heard of Pam last May when I visited a wedding dress shop in Tring and the assistant told me about her Auntie who organised weddings in Italy. We were going out to Italy last September to meet with another wedding planner and so we arranged to meet Pam as well. Let’s just say from the meeting in September we were so glad we chose Pam.
Pam arranged for us to have our engagement photos taken with Francesco on the day we met up with her. He made us feel very relaxed which was great as Paul doesn’t like having his photo taken!
Pam always kept in contact via email and always replied to any queries we had very promptly. She also went the extra mile for us when she visited us at Christmas to collect our certificates.
We went out to Italy the week before the wedding and Pam arranged to meet up with us a couple of days before just to run through the day. She also took me to the hair dressers for my hair trial.
Our wedding day went very smoothly and without any problems. The day was incredibly special and is something we will remember for the rest of our lives. Everything from the flowers to the ceremony to the meal in the hotel was perfect, we couldn’t have asked for anymore. Our guests loved it too and are still talking about it now.

After much searching on the internet we found Romantic Weddings on Lake Garda and more importantly Pam. Our day was truly a dream wedding, there was not one thing we would change. The castle ceremony in Malcesine, champagne toast, boat trip around the lake and finally topped off with an amazing reception at the al Corsaro, with some of the best food we have ever had. Francesco the photographer was awesome as you can see from our pictures in the gallery.

They were married in Malcesine Castle with a fantastic service and music and then onto the Malcesine Hotel for lunch. The food and champagne flowed and Pam ensured that everything went according to plan. Then onto a boat trip around the lake and past the waterfall and castle, again thoroughly enjoyed by all, such a treat. The final destination was at Al Corsaro the food was amazing and Pam was in attendance all the way. Francesco the photographer was truly fantastic and stayed until we arrived at the Al Corsaro. I will never forget the day and never forget Pam for the wonderful time she gave the bride and groom and all the guests. A fairytale wedding which will be talked about for a long time.

Dear Pam,
It was lovely to meet you the other week to discuss our wedding plans for the big day in August 2012. We both found the visit to Malcesine really helpful in order to get a real sense of how our wedding will be next year. It was great fun to be able to visit the castle and be shown around so that we know where everything is and to see the amazing views over the lake. The Al Cosaro restaurant that you have recommended for our evening meal is perfect. The meal that we had there the other night was delicious and the setting on the lake front is very wonderful. You really have captured everything that we want for our wedding day. Thank you for being so patient with us as I know that sometimes we can both be indecisive!
Please pass on our thanks to Francesco for the wonderful photos. We were both quite hesitant about the engagement photo session however after a few shots we really started to enjoy it and it means that we are now both totally relaxed about the photos that will be taken on our wedding day. Since we have returned to England we have looked at the engagement photos everyday and they make us smile as we had such a laugh with both Francesco and yourself on that day!
We are so looking forward to our wedding day next year and I think I will be the most relaxed bride ever as I know that you will have everything single detail in control.

We got married in April 2008 at Malcesine Castle, before Pam set up her own business. We have only just found Pam again and couldn’t wait to put up a testimonial!! Pam was such a pleasure to deal with, from meeting us initially to when we first arrived in Italy to check out the venue and to consider our options, nothing was too much trouble, and then when we returned months later for our wedding day.
