Dear Pam
We wanted to start by saying a huge THANK YOU, our wedding day was completely perfect from start to finish and we can honestly say it was the best day of our lives and would not change a thing. Everyone commented on just how fantastic you were and by the end of the day you were known as “Super Pam”! Nothing was too much trouble, even running to a guests hotel room to find their camera. The run up to the big day was just as enjoyable especially meeting the people behind the scenes such as the florist made it so much more personal.
The ceremony was perfect with time to breathe and enjoy the beautiful music from the violinist who was absolutely superb. We were over joyed with the gifts from the town hall and can say with emotions running high there wasn’t a dry eye on the terrace. Francesco is amazing, creating and capturing the most fantastic memories through the lens. Anyone thinking about booking him should do or they will be very disappointed 😉
You are both truly wonderful people who really do go above and beyond, making everything as perfect as humanly possible.
We are so happy you were part of our unforgettable day and hope to see you again very soon. x

Hi Pam
I can't believe the wedding is over. All good things come to an end I suppose. Mike and I really want to say a huge thank you to you for all you did to make our day so special. I couldn't believe you stayed right to the end of the night. You really went above and beyond. Being there on Friday at Numerotto was so good of you too. Everyone has said how fantastic you were. We really feel indebted to you and we're so pleased we decided to have you as our wedding planner. Everything turned out so perfect and we have some fabulous memories to carry us through. Wish we could do it all over again.
 I hope we can keep in touch and maybe we will be back in Lake Garda at some point and we can give you a call. If you're ever in Ireland be sure to look us up.

Dear Pam , We both wanted to thank you so much for a truly amazing Wedding Day. We first went to Malcesine in August 2012 to meet up with Pam to begin organising our Wedding. Pam was highly recommended to us by friends who had previously got married in Malcesine and it was easy see why from the beginning, Pam was so friendly and approachable and it was like we had known her for years. From minute go nothing was too much trouble, from all the e-mails to any worries we had. When we returned home, Pam was always in contact with us to let us know what we needed to get done which made it very easy for us as we knew everything was under control in Malcesine. The months leading up to our Big Day went by very fast and we finally flew out 5 days before our Wedding and we met with Pam the day after we arrived to walk us through everything beforehand. It was so easy, everything was organised down to the small details which left us to relax and enjoy the days leading up to our Big Day with our family and friends. When the morning of the Wedding came around, Francesco arrived at our hotel and was pretty much with us for the Day, he was so passionate about every photograph and we got so many amazing pictures. Nothing prepared us for our trip to the Church in the 'Tuk Tuk', it was truly wonderful and we felt like movie stars with all the well-wishers clapping and waving at us as we passed by. Our Church Wedding was beautiful and the music from the harpist was amazing. After that everything went so smoothly all thanks to Pam. Our reception was in the beautiful lakeside restaurant 'Al Corsaro'. The staff were wonderful and food and service was top class. Our 'mille-feuille' Wedding Cake was the most gorgeous cake we ever tasted. Afterwards we went on to Bar Numerotto where we had a DJ who was excellent and played a playlist which we wanted. One of the best decisions we made was booking the photographer for the day and night as some of the night time photos with the backdrop of the castle were truly stunning and a lot of our friends and family were blown away by how stunning the photos are. Pam and Francesco made our Wedding day amazing, everything was so relaxed and so well organised. The organisation and dedication of Pam and Francesco was fantastic. They were so wonderful with our guests and without doubt Our Wedding was the best Day of our lives. Thanks again to both of you for all that you did for us, you are such amazing and kind people and we hope to meet up in the near future when we return to the beautiful Lake Garda. We can't say enough good things about what a great job Pam did planning our wedding. It was absolutely perfect. We live in the US and decided at the last minute to get married during an already planned trip to Italy. We spoke with Pam for the first time a week before we were to leave for Italy (2 weeks before our wedding day) and told her what we wanted. She confirmed the date and time of the wedding venue on Monday morning. A week later, we met her in person, viewed Malcesine Castle, planned the entire ceremony, and toured and chose the venue for cocktails and dinner. What really impressed us with Pam during our in-person meeting was how knowledgeable and well acquainted she was with the area and different vendors. She seemed to know everyone in town. She took us to several different potential reception venues plans for both outdoor and indoor options for (in climate weather). She helped guide us through the planning of the entire ceremony (where I was going to change, where I would walk, how and who I was going to walk down the aisle since I had no immediate family present, potential readings, organization of the ceremony, reception, pictures, dinner, etc.). We spent 3-4 hours with Pam that day and had the entire wedding planned down to the last detail by the end of the day. The best part was that we felt that we had a wedding customized just for us. It was all about what we wanted and how we wanted to do things (with helpful suggestions and guidance from Pam). There were a couple more emails with Pam over the course of the week and then the wedding day. The weather decided to be cold and rainy for the wedding day, and Pam didn't miss a step. She brought plenty of beautiful white umbrellas, bows, etc. She was completely prepared to move the ceremony to an indoor room in the castle, and had the bar set up everything for cocktails and dinner inside two private rooms upstairs. We had a professional photographer and a violinist for the ceremony. All of our wedding guests were Italian so Pam translated the ceremony into Italian so that they would understand what was being said. This meant so much to them. All my guests commented on what a great job Pam did. They were so impressed and thankful for all her hard work. Rick and I could be happier with how everything went. Pam stayed until we were all settled in for dinner. She made sure my belonging were moved to our dinner location and that everything was taken care of before leaving. Thank you for planning the wedding of our dreams.

After speaking to a number of wedding planners out in Italy we finally came across Pam. and we are so grateful we did! Not only did I give her a brief email of the sort of thing I wanted, but she immediately replied and seemed to know exactly what was going on inside my head! and we ended up having the most amazing and perfect time. She plans everything to the last detail, the only thing we had to do was turn up really! The Italians love a good wedding so everyone was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I'm not one for photos myself but the photographer was amazing and can literally make anyone look beautiful. We even had a private boat trip around the lake to a beautiful hidden grotta and even our friends agreed we all felt like superstars! We cannot say enough about how good Pam is at her job! Best trip ever!

Many thanks Pam, for all your help in making our Wedding day so amazing, we cannot thank you enough.  Your attention to detail was remarkable and ensured every little detail was perfect, you really did think of everything!! From the ivory umbrellas to the ring cushion and reading our vows for us, we didn't need to worry about a thing! 
The day ran so smoothly and everybody commented on the remarkable service provided and how lovely and friendly you are Pam, we all have nothing but praise for all your hard work and we would not hesitate to recommend 'romanticweddingsonlakegarda' to anybody.    
We really cannot thank you enough and we know that we would never have had our fairy tale wedding without your help, we wouldn't have known where to start.  Your professionalism is second to none, with such a personal approach.  From our very first contact with you, we knew romanticweddingsonlakegarda was the right company for us and that you were the lady to make it all happen. 
Another big thanks to the photographer, who was fantastic and put us at ease straight away.  He worked tirelessly and simply never stopped, his hard work has produced the most amazing photos and memories of our special day, we couldn't have wished for anymore and cannot thank him enough!!
We got married on the outside terrace at Malcesine castle, a setting which is so intimate with breath taking scenery to make the most stunning photos with so much character.  After photographs we went down to La Pace for canapes and drinks before taking a boat trip.  Later we walked through the cobbled streets with all our guests to Al Corsaro where we held our reception and evening meal.  Al Corsaro has the most stunning decor and is set right on the lake with beautiful views.  The staff at Al Corsaro were fabulous, everything we had asked had been done and the food was amazing.  All of our guests commented that the food was the best they had all tasted in Malcesine.  At last, the Wedding cake -  we choose mille foglie, which was so delicious, the best cake we have ever tasted.  
Everything was perfect, so intimate, beautiful and so different to anything we could have had back at home, we loved every minute of our day, it was magical.  So, once again a massive thank you ~  Our Wedding Day couldn't have gone any better and that was thanks to you.
